Shipping, Returns and Damage:

General Information:

Prints will be carefully rolled and will arrive in a tube.

All orders will be shipped via USPS.

I do not currently ship outside of the United States.

Shipping Timeframe:
For fine art paper prints, Lead time is usually 3-5 business days. This estimate does not include Production time, which can also range between 3-5 business days.
The key factor is the size of the print: typically, smaller prints are produced at a more efficient rate.

Returns and Damage:
- In order to ensure that it arrives to you in excellent condition, each print is made to order and prepared by hand.

- All sales on artwork are final: due to the unique nature of my creative/production processes, I’m unable to accept returns on prints or pieces of any kind.

Exceptions:
- Damaged print: If your print has arrived damaged, please email me within 3 business days of the date of delivery. Please be sure to include photos of the damage and your order number.

- Wrong print: if you were sent the incorrect print, please email me within 4 business days of the date of delivery.

- If granted a refund, a processing fee of 15% will be deducted from the refund.
